Security staff at Hong Kong airport accused of stealing HK$1,500 from passenger

A local man believed to be an airport security officer was arrested at Hong Kong International Airport late Thursday for allegedly stealing 1,300 yuan (HK$ 1,540) from a departing passenger. Officers received an alert from airport staff at 11.22pm Thursday. Airport police criminal investigators took the case. A spokesman for the government-owned Aviation Security Company (Avseco) said the firm had received a theft complaint from a departing passenger on Thursday night. Hong Kong man...
