  • Mon, 20 Mar 2017 19:15
NCAA basketball tournaments come and go, but mansions in the Portland metro area seem to hang around forever. We look at 16 expensive estates for sale. Online real estate database Estately reports that Lake Oswego has the largest percentage of homes currently listed for $ 1 million or more. Almost half (49.6 percent) of Lake Oswego residential properties are above seven figures. Following that pricey city are West Linn, with 17.7 percent of homes for sale breaking $ 1 million (seen here: 2130 Windham Oaks Court), Portland with 10.2 percent, Camas with 8 percent, Vancouver with 5.8 percent, Battle Ground with 3.4 percent and Beaverton with 1.6 percent.
